On September 21, Norm Coleman voted - for the sixth time - to stay the course in Iraq, embracing George Bush's failed policy. That shouldn't come as a surprise, though, because Coleman votes with Bush 90% of the time. He has put political opportunism ahead of solutions to the Iraq warn, stem cell research, ANWR, and other issues. Two Democratic candidates, Al Franken and Mike Ciresi, are campaigning to hold him accountable. Both candidates have officially entered the race and have pledged to abide by the party endorsement. Either candidate will force Coleman to confront his record of putting partisan politics ahead of Minnesota.
