How fitting that of all the politicians disgraced former Rep. Mark Foley (R-Fla.) chose to give money to this campaign cycle, the only two Members of Congress to whom he donated were Rep. Bob Ney (R-Ohio) and Sen. George Allen (R-Va.).

Foley's campaign committee made a total of three donations: $100,000 to the National Republican Congressional Committee; $2,000 to Friends of George Allen; and $1,000 to Bob Ney for Congress.

What, did Foley have some sixth sense that they'd all implode in the same year? Could he have predicted that he and Ney both would wind up in the tank, out of a job?

Ney, the only Member of Congress to be criminally nailed in the Jack Abramoff lobbying scandal, is scheduled to officially plead guilty in federal court on Oct. 13. Allen, the only Member of Congress ever known to use the word "macaca," is pleading his case to the people of Virginia (forget about the people of America, that dream is over) 24-7 until Election Day; and Foley, well, he's looking like the straw that broke the camel's back on the GOP scandal front.

Worst Pretty Boy in the World. Obviously, Keith Olbermann, host of MSNBC's "Countdown," doesn't know how narcissistic Congressional Chief of Staff Jason Roe is. When Olbermann gave Roe his nightly "Worst Person in the World" award Friday night, Roe wasn't upset in the slightest, he just hoped he looked hot if the show aired a photo of him.

Roe, chief of staff to Rep. Tom Feeney (R-Fla.), has taken a leave of absence to work on GOP candidate Peter Roskam's House campaign in the Illinois 6th district against Democrat Tammy Duckworth, a combat veteran who lost both her legs in Iraq. Olbermann derided Roskam for saying that Duckworth wanted to "cut and run" from Iraq "even though," Olbermann pointed out, "she lost both her legs there while serving as a helicopter pilot."
